1. Usage
1-1. Application method
- Silk or stainless steel screen printing method (150~400mesh)
- Dipping , Painting , Rolling
- Wet spray
1-2. Drying condition
- 5~10 minutes at 150~200℃
1-3. Curing or Firing condition
- Curing : ~180℃
- Firing : 550 ~ 850℃ and other conditions.
1-4. Soldering condition
- 62Sn/36Pb/2Ag(60Sn/40Pb)
- 2~3 seconds at 210~280℃
1-5. Storage
- It should be stored at dark room and room temperature. OR in refrigerator
- Shelf life of paste in unopened container is 6 Months
1-6. Packing
- Minimum 100g 이상 (PP sealed vessel)

1) High Temperature type silver paste (Fired On Type)
2) Other component paste
